News of COVID-19 is ever-evolving but our availability to provide quality care has not changed. 

We are following COVID protocols to keep everyone safe. All therapy and psychiatry appointments are available virtually until we fully return to in-person care. 

FAQ's

1. How does a video visit work?

When it's time to join your appointment, we'll text you a link. Just click the link and you'll be connected with your provider. Our software works on any device with a camera and mic, i.e., iPhone, Android, or laptop. There is no need to download an app. You'll get a confirmation email with the details.

2. What if I still want to see my provider in person?

As soon as we can we will resume in-person appointments. Masks will be required, surfaces will be sanitized and appointments will be spaced out to allow time for adequate distancing and time to clean. We will be keeping an eye on CDC guidelines and virtual visits will continue to be available until we re-open.  

3. Does my insurance cover video visits?

Most insurance companies will cover it the same way as an in-person visit, and policies are changing daily to be more accommodating given the circumstances. Either way, we will not balance bill you if your insurance denies coverage simply because the appointment is by video.

4. How will I get my prescription?

Our partnership with delivery pharmacies like Alto means you'll get your medications delivered to you same-day or next-day, for free. Of course, if you prefer, we can also send the prescription to any traditional pharmacy.

5. Do you have suggestions for things I can be doing between appointments? 

During your session, your provider will offer techniques for breathing, meditation, and mindfulness. These tools can be used to navigate external stressors. We also put together a Sensible Care Spotify playlist. We hope you enjoy it!
