How It Works?

How It Works

At the time of your appointment, you’ll join a secure private video session with your provider from your phone or computer. Just as you would on-site, you’ll meet with them and develop a treatment plan. While you’re on the call, your provider can schedule follow-ups, as well as direct you to additional resources to support you in the mental health goals you’ve set together.

Care looks different for everyone.

If you and your doctor decide that medication would be beneficial, you’ll set short and long term goals together. Prescriptions are sent directly by electronic transmission to your preferred pharmacy or delivered to your home through Alto Pharmacy.
